First, go check out the "freaky stalkin’ Jesus" (as the guy from cynical-c.com calls him), then take a look at the captioned versions of them. There is also an alternate version of the captioned pictures found here. IMHO, the captioned versions of these picture are much more enjoyable!
I also received a link to "Jesus Christ The Musical" from a friend:

I love this company and have enjoyed all of their products for years, as they never fail to give me a good chuckle. Having been an employee of a company that was definitely not interested in improving morale, I know for a fact that these Demotivators® aptly capture the unhealthy atmosphere found in more companies these days. Sad, but funny at the same time.
What they say about their products:
MOTIVATION. Psychology tells us that motivation - true, lasting motivation - can only come from within. Common sense tells us it can’t be manufactured or productized. So how is it that a multi-billion dollar industry thrives through the sale of motivational commodities and services? Because, in our world of instant gratification, people desperately want to believe that there are simple solutions to complex problems. And when desperation has disposable income, market opportunities abound.
AT DESPAIR, INC., we believe motivational products create unrealistic expectations, raising hopes only to dash them. That’s why we created our soul-crushingly depressing Demotivators® designs, so you can skip the delusions that motivational products induce and head straight for the disappointments that follow!

Abortion: It’s one of the most controversial issues in today’s society… It’s not surprising since the core of the issue has to do with the death of a child, and no one wants children to die. I certainly don’t. I personally would never choose to have an abortion unless my life was in danger, or my child was afflicted with a catastrophic birth defect. By catastrophic birth defect I mean ones that would make anyone’s life afflicted with it a living hell. If I was unlucky enough to be in any of those sad situations, an abortion would be so emotionally hard I don’t even like to contemplate it. It took Pookey & I five loooong years to get pregnant with Morgan, because of infertility, so any child I would ever conceive is so very dear to me. Not that I’m saying that women who get pregnant easily, and have had abortions don’t grieve over the baby they had to abort. I know they probably do, who wouldn’t?
Even so, I’m pro choice, as I believe that a woman should never be forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term, ever. A woman has absolute sovereignty over her body, and to force a woman to carry a baby to term is to make her a slave to the pregnancy, and violates her freewill. Until science is advanced enough to make it possible for a baby to be grown outside of a woman’s uterus it will be at the mercy of whether the mother wants to carry it to term or not. It’s entirely her choice, and no one else’s. Coercing a woman to carry a baby to term does nothing but harm the mother, the unwanted child, and society.
Though, I am pro choice, I’d rather see that unwanted pregnancy not be conceived in the first place. After all, preventing an unwanted conception makes the need for an abortion unnecessary. It seems to me that a lot of anti-abortion people are also anti-birth control, but they need to realize that you CAN’T have your cake and eat it too. People who think they can are doing nothing but fooling themselves.
It’s apparent to me that the lack of high quality birth control available today is because of deliberate interference by religious authorities over the ages. If we can send man to the moon why can’t we have birth control that is 100% effective? I know it sounds a bit paranoid, but if you really think about it, you’ll begin to see that we SHOULD have access to better form of birth control, and start to question why we don’t.
It is thought by some that Pope John Paul I, who was only in office for 33 days, was really assassinated because some Cardinals felt he would revise the Church’s long standing ban on birth control. (This is just one of the many reasons given for his assassination.) This was because he came from a large, poor Italian family, and knew firsthand the harm such uncontrolled family planning has on the family unit. This theory is entirely possible, as religion’s ultimate aim seems to be to control its followers. By making them have more children than they could ever support, it creates a dependency on the Church that lasts for many generations. It’s sad that children have to pay the price for this power grab.
Basically what I am trying to say is: Everyone at risk of starting a human life should accept the responsibility that comes with that risk, and use effective forms of birth control. Abstinence only education, or other ineffective programs, are never going to curb unwanted pregnancies, simply because people ARE NEVER going to stop wanting to have sex. Period. (No pun intended…) If you truly want to stop abortions from happening, then support the efforts of organizations that put prevention first by offering low cost, or free, birth control so these unwanted pregnancies never happen in the first place. Put your money where your mouth is, or shut the hell up.

I was originally introduced to Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps back around 1986 (or was it 1987?) by my friend Aimee… It was their peppermint liquid soap to be exact, and I fell in love with it from the very start. The only problem was that it was hard to find (Remember: 1986 was before the birth of the internet!), and finding a store with it in stock was extremely challenging. It wasn’t until GNC started regularly carrying it that I was able to get it on a consistent basis. Now with the internet’s help I no longer have any problem whatsoever getting the soap I want. The website I have found the best prices (so far) on Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps is at vitaminshoppe.com. If you find a site that offers them for less, let me know.
Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps come in a variety of different kinds: almond, peppermint, eucalyptus, baby-mild, tea tree, lavender, lemon & rose. They also come in both liquid and bar form (lemon & rose are only available in bar form), and are made from all-natural ingredients. Plus, they are not tested on animals. My favorites are peppermint & lavender, and I use both the liquid & the bar soap every day. One of the greatest things about the liquid soaps is that they’re made to be diluted with water, depending on what use you put them to, and the applications for these soaps are endless. Because all of these soaps are pure-castile they rinse off the body easily, leave no soapy film behind in the bathtub/shower, and biodegrade quickly in the environment. They’re simply wonderful.
Over the years I’ve recommended Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps to a lot of friends. These extraordinary soaps seem to be one of those word of mouth products that grows more popular every year. So, give them a try… You’ll be glad that you did.
**Just to be clear… I am not affiliated with Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps, in any way, shape, or form. I just love these soaps, and want to spread the word about them.**

Today is the 6th anniversary of Bull Pole Cat’s death. *sigh* Bull came from one of the litters my father’s cat had, and he adopted me as soon as he got his independence from his mom. He would lay on me, with his head near my own, when I watched TV, and slept tucked up by my side every night. He always took advantage of any opportunity he had to be close to me, and I miss that a lot. He was definitely a kindred spirit.
All of the cats (Bull was 13, Tasmyn 11 & Christopher 9 years old) were very freaked out when Morgan was born, since they had been in a childless household for so long. Though Bull got over it the soonest, since Morgan slept between Pookey & I for the first 10 weeks of his life because I was exclusively breastfeeding him. The only problem we had was that the first few times Bull joined the 3 of us in bed was that he ended up laying on Morgan’s legs, but I nipped that quickly in the bud. I’m sure that Bull was jealous that Morgan had usurped his place in my bed, but he wasn’t ever mean to him because of it. Bull was a very sweet cat, and didn’t have an evil bone in his body. Still, I wasn’t ever careless when it came to the cats being around newborn Morgan, as you can never be entirely sure what animals may do, even ones you know well. Plus, the fact that Morgan weighed less than any of the cats added to my vigilance.
IMHO, there is some magical quality that orange cats have… Bull was the main reason why I chose to adopt Gus, another orange cat, in the first place. I have to say that my relationship with Gus has just added to my theory that orange cats are special. Though, there will never be another cat exactly like Bull in my life ever again.
