Life’s Good For Morgan…
May 15th
Morgan continues to enjoy life, or at least acts like he does.
He now has more freedom around the house, and likes the break he gets from the living room. He now is allowed into the library/computer room with supervision. He is still kept out of the bathroom (except for baths of course!), the bedrooms, and the kitchen. Most of the time…
Morgan walking continues to improve, and he walks everywhere he can. He especially loves going for long walks, and can walk pretty far before getting tired. He has also mastered climbing up the stairs! The stairs still look too scary to attempt climbing down them, but his Daddy is always happy to help out…
Morgan is currently in 2T clothes, and in 3Ts with shoralls & footed pajamas. He is also now in toddler size 6 shoes. Thank the Gods for Payless Shoe’s "buy one, get one half off" sales! I can usually get him 2 pairs of shoes for a few dollars more than one pair costs. Plus Payless seems to have their sales when he’s just about to grow out of his old ones.
We finally got a chance this weekend to look for some new clothes for Morgan at the Children’s Orchard, and we made out like a bandit.
! I almost always buy Morgan’s clothes there because I know I can always find good quality clothes at a reasonable price. It’s amazing how much more expensive the children’s clothes stores in the mall are! Especially when you’ll only get 3 or 4 months of use from them. I could also resell Morgan’s outgrown clothes back to the Children’s Orchard, but I’m keeping them for any future children we may have. It makes one less thing we’d have to buy…
Speaking of future children… Pookey & I are starting to think about trying to conceive another child. Sometime in the next few months we’ll get the ball rolling.
Wish us luck!!
Well, that’s all for now. Take care, be well, and never play leapfrog with a unicorn.
